  • Reason for Getting into Personal Training: I was always somewhat hyper-active as a child. I loved moving my body. I took modern and classical dance throughout childhood as well as gymnastics. I then suffered a severe concussion when I was 18 and used Pilates as part of my physical therapy. Pilates restored all movement in my cervical spine. I wanted to share with others, the positive impact physical fitness had on my life. Personal training and educating personal trainers has given me an incredibly rewarding avenue to accomplish that goal. Physical Fitness should be challenging and fun. I strive to incorporate that into every class and session that I lead.

  • Favorite activities: In my spare time, I love to travel any chance I get.  I enjoy stay active by hiking and training in various performing arts.  Currently, I am working on skills in flying trapeze and other aerial apparatuses, as well as handstands. In addition, I grew up doing ballet, and still take classes several times per week.
